Forever Young Birthday Club
The Forever Young Birthday Club is a fun way for teens, 13 and over, to help other teens!
Ask your friends to switch it up this year. Instead of bringing a gift, ask them to consider making a donation to Cook Children's in honor of your birthday. All the money raised through the Forever Young Birthday Club benefits teen programs at Cook Children's.
Party with a purpose
Join the Forever Young Birthday Club and we will give you everything you need for your party with a purpose! You will receive evites, printable invitations, printable thank you notes and instructions on how to set up your very own personal fundraising page.
Celebrating you
Forever Young Birthday Club members are recognized and celebrated in several ways. When members deliver their gifts to Cook Children's after the party, they can go on a tour of the medical center to see how their generosity supports our patients. They will be recognized on the Forever Young donor wall at the medical center and get to meet other Forever Young members at the annual Forever Young celebration.
